Meet Tumi
Cosmetic Chemist (BSc) & Product Development Director with 15 years experience in the Personal care, Beauty and Wellness industry. A member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, British Beauty Council and CEW UK. My early career started as a Formulation Chemist working in manufacturing, then being head hunted for a commercial role in regional ingredient sales before solidifying my home in New Product Development. Most recently, attending Queen Mary University of London for an Msc in Clinical Drug Development - Exploring holistic actives and medicinal therapies for wound healing and hyperpigmentationThe CPO Circle was an evolution of ‘Beauty Science Labs UK’ - What began as a scientific formulation-led consultancy and has evolved into a broader formulation, product development and operational advisory agency.
